Once your fruit/veg is made into juice or pulp it can be pasteurised using both plate and tubular systems (complete with heating and regeneration sections). Systems can cope with a full range of product viscosities. Avoid scorching your product through the use of heating via steam or electric, created using hot water. Easy cleaning in place means less bother for you. Full temperature monitoring and flow control, ensures optimum pasteurisation.
Concentrating Systems allow easy processing no matter the product. Whether your juice is low or high pulp, delicate or thermo-resistant, low or high viscosity, your finished concentration will always be the highest quality. A variety of processing vessels can be used, depending on your needs, from thin film continuous aseptic evaporators to boule evaporators.

Fruit Washing, Inspection and Handling System
No matter what fruit or vegetable you’re processing, we ensure it’s handled gently. We utilise dump and spray washers for effective washing and cleaning, whilst complete drying systems can be put into place, along with inspection and preparation tubes. Gentle handling and packing tables allow you to load fresh fruit and vegetables. There’s even the option for fruit chilling systems for quick reduction of field heat.
For virtually all fruits and vegetables, we provide equipment for peeling, slicing, destoning, deseeding – and more! All manufactured in stainless steel and incorporating the latest operator protection and safety systems as standard. With a variety of cutting and pulping blades available we ensure you get the right pulp, purees, chips, or slices that you require.
Our tray draining system can be used for producing a variety of specialist foods, including dried and semi-dried fruit and vegetables. An indirect fired furnace optimises quality control, although alternative fuel sources are available. All contact parts are made of stainless steel and temperature and airflow are conveniently adjustable.
Jam and Puree Production
A variety of processing techniques are offered from simple open boiling pan to continuous automatic vacuum systems. Specialist formulations such as mixing, slicing and syrup incorporations are available. Packaging of puree into jars, pots, tubs etc can be provided, complete with jar washing and cooling systems.
Tanks and Process Vessels
We provide tank and process vessels manufactured in stainless steel to almost any size, so you get exactly what you want. Always made with hygienic fittings and design, with options such as internal mixing systems, and viewing and access ports. Vacuum and pressure process vessels are also designed to suit clients’ individual requirements for virtually any product type.
Various cost effective packaging systems are available, to make the final stage of your fruit processing simple and efficient. These include cartoning systems (for gable top cartons) using simple hand operated units, up to fully automatic vertical form fill/seal machines for a range of products, including juices or pulps. If you’re not using cartons, our vertical form fill/seal machines fill into foil laminate pouches too. We offer bottling, canning and capping units for a variety of processes, aswell as potting and sealing systems for jams or pulps. On top of this, handling and cooling systems are available for large unit packaging, bulk filling into aseptic bags or drums. We support our packaging systems by continuing to supply materials and consumables after purchase.
Orange Juice Extraction
Our orange juice extractor is perfect for the extraction of fresh orange juice, without contamination from the peel oils. Complete modular units with capacities from 100kg/hr up to 8000kg/hr, meaning you get what you need. All systems are integrally linked to the intake and milling systems. Other citrus fruit juice systems are available such as essential oil recovery.
